Fabric Base Phenolic Laminate Sheet

Phenolic Fabric Sheets are manufactured using coaresmediumfine weave fabric cloth impregnated using phenolic resin with or without graphite graphite addition depending upon customers requirement. The principle feature of this material is its ability to operate at much high temperature than phenolic paper or cotton grade material. The material is used for wide varieties of bearing application & general mechanical components in high temperature situation. It is not recommended for primary insulation for electrical application at any voltage. This can be lubricated by almost any liquid including wateremulsion, chemical liquors or by conventional method using oilgrease or dry.
