At All-Rite Industries, our assembly services are integral to our ability to provide customers with a turnkey manufacturing solution that allows them to eliminate the costs associated with using multiple vendors to produce a complete assembly. We can take wire forms, stampings, and molded components that are manufactured in-house and assemble them using fastening, adhesive bonding, staking, or welding methods. We can use either manual or robotic processes to weld assemblies though MIG arc welding or resistance welding. The automation of these welding processes increases throughput and provides a permanent assembly solution.
When combined with the premium quality stamping, wire forming, and injection molding services we offer, these assembly services create a robust manufacturing solution for a broad customer base. By streamlining the supply chain, customers can simplify their overhead operations and reduce overall product costs. Services are tailored to fit an array of assembly types and production volumes.
Our quality management program is ISOTS16949:2009 certified to meet the demands of all industries, included but not limited to Automotive, Agricultural and General Consumer Products. Personnel are cross-trained to ensure that all processes are performed properly according to standard work procedures and to all quality specifications. We are a preferred vendor to many marquee OEM companies and Tier 1 suppliers throughout North America and abroad. All lead times are evaluated on a job by job basis, EDI and JIT shipping services are also available to meet customers’ scheduling needs.
