Salient Features :
» Four axes CNC internal & face grinder.
» Performs internal & face grinding sequentially in auto cycle.
» X-axis provides depth of cut during internal grinding and positioning of the wheel with respect to the bore to be ground and moves on a guide fixed at right angle to the Z-axis.
» Z-Axis is for oscillations during internal grinding & positioning of the wheel up to the bore to be ground.
» U-Axis parallel to X-axis is provided to bring the face grinding wheel to grinding position.
» Depth of cut is provided by W-axis that is at an angle of 600 in the horizontal plane with respect to Z-axis.
» Face grinding wheel is fixed on W-axis slide.
» Guideways for W-axis are fixed on U-axis slide.
