Air duct heater is used to heat up the gas in the gas duct and it's suitable for a lagre amount of wind duct. Its max teperature is 300 °C.
Electric air duct heater is mainly used to heat up the air in the air duct,which can be classified into three types:high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature.
They have something in common:
1.their structure is designed with steel plate to support the heating tube to reduce the vibration of the heating tube
when the fan stops working.
2.The over-temperature controller is installed in the Junction box.
The low temperature type air duct heater is directly installed on the airduct, while the medium temperature
type and high temperature type,each of them has a 100mm thermal insulation material between the outer wall
of the channel and the heater Junction boxdue to the diffrent structure. Thus, on the one hand, it reduces the
external heat dissipation of the whole passageway, on the other hand it also decreases the temperature in the
wiring chamber.
