Today, PNR Industries Ltd is a well-known company in the international market as a leading manufacturer and trader of Polyester Yarn. Though, the things were not the same when we first started our company way back in 1990.

Earlier in the 1990, our core team formed a company under the name of Puneet Enterprises under the leadership of the current Managing Director, Mr. Puneet Kumar Rungta. The core business of Puneet Enterprises was trading Yarn produced by other manufacturers with an aim of establishing the company in the industry. Puneet Enterprises actually played a great role in spreading the wings of the company in the international market. The early days were tough and the competition was on the high as textile and especially the Yarn industry was on the booming side in India and other international markets. Today the company has so far set up 3 trading units which are entirely focused on export and import of yarn products.
Although with our great efforts and hard work of our team members we were able to establish our name as leading company in the Yarn and Textile Industry.
Journey from a Trading Company to Manufacturing Factory
In the initial days of forming & establishing the company, our main focus was on the trading business. But as we grew and got some financial stability we decided to start our own manufacturing unit. By the year 1997, the real growth of the company started when we finally decided to enter in Specialty.
As the time progressed, so did us. The company went public on 25th September 2006 as PNR Industries Ltd. The transformation of the business from a yarn trading company to become a specialty yarn producer was really a cumbersome job. Today we are completely focused and known as quality producer of Sewing Thread (Raw White / Dope dyed / Batch Dyed), Satin Cord (Malai Dori), Dyed Multiply Polyester Yarn etc. With such a status of well known Yarn Producer, the company has been able to spread its market not only in a diversified market like India but also Overseas Market like Turkey and other Middle East countries.
