Construction
Manshu offers welded construction for Feeder Pillar.
1. Main Body is made from 2mm Coated CRCA sheet Color: Siemens Grey or as required.
2. Plinth: as per site condition. ISMC or L angle. Color: Satin black
3. Doors: 1.5/2 mm. Color: Siemens Grey RAL7032 Powder Coated
4. Mounting Plate: 1.5/2 mm thick, Color: Orange Powder Coated
5. Locks: Four Point lock with handle & key or cam lock
6. Gasket: Liquid polyurethane foam continuous type suitable for indoor and outdoor applications
7. Indication & Meters: As per requirements.
8. Switchgear: All available makes are used in Panels
9. Busbars: Aluminum or Copper Rigid or flexible busbars are used.
Advantages
Sheet used is specially selected for outdoor application. Powder used is also selected to withstand UV rays. This gives long life. Gasket is specialty of Manshu with life span much higher than Neoprene Gasket.
Enclosure Sizes
This depends on number of feeders and application.
Ingress Protection
IP 54/55 is also offered (remove) as standard, however, IP 56 can also be offered.
Designing
Manshu’s design centre works on every part of entire panel including Busbar design Fabrication design, CNC cad-cam design in-house for every order.
Testing Facility
Manshu has All facilities for testing of panels.

1. Incomer 200A 3P MCCB 35kA, Sockets 08 Numbers. Length = 1200mm
2. Incomer 400A 3P MCCB 35kA, Power Feeders 5 Numbers. Length = 2100mm
