Fennel seeds, Storage Instructions : Dry Place

Fennel is the dried ripe fruit of a perennial aromatic herbaceous plant, which often grows in mild climatic conditions. Fennel is roughly 14 to 12 inches long and has a green food colour. Fennel are normally oblong, elliptical, straight & marginally curved with prominent ridges. It smells like amise and tastes similar too. It has a minor indications of camphor. Since a long time it has been used for medicinal purpose especially in China and India but it is yet proved to be a multi-purpose usage spice.
