This specification governs the quality requirements of Ferrosilicon for use in iron and steel melting. Used as deoxidiser in steel making and also for alloying of steel and iron melts. The material shall be supplied in either of following sizes as per order. Lumps of size 40 mm to 150 mm. However oversized and undersized material should not exceed 10% each by weight.
