1. Pharmaceutical industry uses Ferrous Sulphate to formulate nutritional supplements to add Iron.
2. Used as precipitant in Precious metal refining process and widely accepted as good replacement of Sodium Meta bi Sulphate (SMB)
3. Widely used as Reducing agent in chemical Industry.
4. Iron as a Micronutrient for plants helps for photosynthesis, which improves the colour of the vegetables, fruits and flowers. Ferrous sulphate used as Iron supplement in Agriculture Industry to cure Iron decencies.
5. Used as a soil conditioner for alkaline soils. Ferrous Sulphate helps to improve pH of Soil.
6. Used as good flocculation agent in Effluent Treatment Plants used for Water purification process.
