The Machine is available in packing configuration of: 10 grams to 100 grams.
The Machine Works on screw conveyor principle.
The Machine works With servo controls for controlling rotations of auger screw.
The machine is simple to operate and does not take up much space. It is ideal for small industries, super-markets and large stores.
The machine operates on 220 volts AC / 440 volts AC as per requirement. Two variations are available.
Pneumatically operated center sealing, cross sealing & pouch cutting mechanism.

Technical Specification

To Pack: From 10 grams to 100 grams free-flowing powders.
Pouch Sealing: A pouch sealing continuous sealer system will be attached to the machine.
Machine Speed: 70 to 75 packets per minute for 10 grams. The speed will decrease as weight increases.
Contact Parts: All contact parts will be stainless steel 304 and 316.
