Adaptable Gearbox
Adaptable foot mounted worm reduction Gearbox.
Range: 30 mm to 84 mm center distance.
Ratio: 5:1 to 70:1
Output & Input Shafts: Six different positions by changing the footings.
Underdriven Worm Reduction Gearbox
Underdriven Worm Reduction Gearbox with integrated (solid) foot mounting.
Range: 90 mm to 305 mm center distance.
Ratio: 5:1 to 70:1
Output Shaft: Horizontal position either RH or LH.
Vertical Worm Reduction Gearbox
Vertical Worm Reduction Gearbox with integrated (solid) foot mounting available in light, medium and heavy stirrer duty.
Range: 100 mm to 230 mm center distance.
Ratio: 5:1 to 70:1
Output Shaft: Vertically upward or downward position.
Hollow Input/ Output Worm Reduction Gearbox
Hollow Input/ Output Worm Reduction Gearbox combining features of “O” and “V” type gearboxes in a single unit. Built-in motor flange adapters and are suitable for all flange mounted motors (B5) or Face mounted (B14) electric motors with footings for different mounting arrangements.
Range: 30 mm to 205 mm center distance.
Ratio: 5:1 to 70:1
Output Shaft: Horizontal or Vertical position.
Double Worm Reduction Gearbox
Double Worm Reduction Gearbox in combination of two adaptable gear boxes or adaptable and solid foot combination with underdriven or vertical gear boxes as required.
Range: 42 mm to 305 mm center distance.
Ratio: 100:1 to 4900:1
Output Shaft: As required.
FHP Right Angle Gear Motor
FHP Right Angle Gear Motor are available with single or three phase motors. Compact in size with foot or flange mounting arrangement.
Range: 1/6 to 1 HP.
Ratio: 5:1 to 70:1
Output Shafts: As required horizontal (LH / RH) / Vertical (up or down). Also hollow output shafts can be provided.
