The cobalt-based accelerator helps the catalyst to start a chemical reaction between the Resin and Styrene monomer to form a cured solid material. Accelerators must never be mixed directly with a catalyst since a violent explosive reaction results, hence it is very important to ensure all accelerators are thoroughly mixed with the resin before adding the catalyst.
we also provide clear castegrade(CC) of cobalt Octoate or colorless cobalt for FRP.
Application
These Cobalt Accelerators are mainly used for quick curing reaction of Polyester and vinyl ester Resin and allow them to dry at room temperature
It is used with Polyester Resin , Vinyl Eser Resin , Iso Resin , Gelcoats
