open bag and take out cast, immerse in room temperature water at 4 to 6 seconds and press 2 to 3 times, take out and squeeze out excess water
wrap cast spirally according to need, keeps proper tension
wrap 2 to 4-layer at non-weight-bearing position and 4 to 6-layer at weight bearing position
shape wrapped cast according to need
solidify time: 3 to 5 minutes, 20 minutes later cast reaches enough strength
uses electric cast saw to cut and remove
notes:
operator should wear gloves to avoid polyurethane touching and adhering skin
open one bag at one time and use cast immediately
does not open multi-bag at same time, so that to avoid weakening strength
cast need to be cut and removed by electric cast saw
pay attention to avoid breakage of bags during transportation and storage, for touching moisture in air can cause cast to solidify
