Silicon Field Effect Transistors

Field Effect Transistors (FETs) are voltage-controlled semiconductor devices that regulate current flow using an electric field. Unlike bipolar junction transistors, FETs offer high input impedance and low power consumption, making them ideal for amplification, switching, and signal modulation applications.
