Filler Masterbatch, Style : Dried

Calcium carbonate filler masterbatch is made with super fine calcium carbonate and other high quality special additives based in LLDPE carrier by advanced twin-screw extruder machine. The filler MB is very popular with our many of our customers because of its and stable high quality and excellent performance in the development of plastic products industry.

Suggested applications are:
• Foam, • Sheet, • Injection Mouldings, • Profile Extrusion And Others.

Technique Index:
• Granule size for Calcium Carbonate: ≤5μm
• Whiteness : ≥98%
• Application ratio: Mix Filler MB with the stuff resin from the ratio of 10% to more than 30% 
(different ratio decided by the product and user).

Product Characteristics:
• Improve the anti-heating, rigidity and tightness property.
• Remove the surface light from plastic products, to get sub-light effect.
• Improve the surface antifriction and antislip property of plastic products.
• Reduce shrinkage ratio of final products to improve size stability.
• Reduce fire heating quantity of plastic products to reduce second pollution.
• Improve surface printing property of plastic to reduce needed electric current under surface corona process.
• Provide breathe free to film products.
• Improve heat-conduction property of plastic material to reduce molding period.
• Reduce the application ratio of white color masterbatch.

Remarks:
Stored in ventilated, dry and cool place. Filler MB is easily to absorb moisture from the air. So please use out soon after opening the package.
