Filler Masterbatch

We are offering filler masterbatch. 1.filler masterbatch is compounded of calcium carbonate, polymer resin and other additives. It is used very popular in the industry of plastic (blow film, blow molding, injection molding, coated, laminate, raffia,… ) to reduce the production cost and improve some properties of final products.

film blowing – injection 5% to 25% pf 101 – pf 102 – pf 103
25% to 50% pf 105 – pf 106
yarn (raffia) 3% to 30% pf 201 – pf 202 – pf 203
coating 5% to 30% pf 204
non-woven 5% to 50% pf 205
3. packing and marking:
– masterbatch will be packed into pppe bag (25kgbag) with label that following inquiry of customers.
– fullfilled bags will be put over pallets before loading into container.
