These are fabricated designs as per the size requirement of filters and space available at site. Basically, sheet metal, as well as angles or channels are used forthe fabrication.
All frame designs are tested non destructively for weld quality, coatings thickness, surface flatness, perpendicularity etc. as per the customer requirements.
We have recently supplied filter frames to Ms. NPCIL Tarapur unit 3&4 capable of with standing seismic forces as per their specification. We have designed the frame structure, got approved, and executed to their entire satisfaction. The seismic analysis on filter frames was carried out by the reputed Institute S.E.R.C. Chennai.
