This machine manufactured by PRECIMAKE AUTOMATION is designed for tube flaring machine. The machine operation is controlled by PLC based control panel.

a. Switch ON the control panel power supply.
b. Ensure inlet Air Supply of 5 bar.
MACHINE SPECIFICATIONS

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION 
1. Fill the fins carefully in chute
2. Place the bottom side plate at specified location
3. If home condition not satisfied before cycle start the machine will indicate the fault (buzzer will turn on) simultaneously HMI will display the fault occurred
4. Before cycle start insure that operators hand will be removed
5. On cycle start gripper grips the fin
6. If fin correct then slide cylinder will placed at the assembly position
7. If fin is incorrect then it automatically.
8. After fin location press the top plate
9. Machine is ready for next cycle
