    These are robust filters made of some layers of synthetic mesh that are non-woven, sandwiched in between. The pleats are V shaped and rounded well to increase the dust arrestance of filters. Media is further enforced by metal expanded mesh to give extra rigidity to pleats so that peats would retain their shape at higher pressure drop.

    Construction of High Flow Air Filter

    Filter Media: Made from high-efficiency fiberglass, synthetic fibers, or polyester, the media is engineered to maintain excellent filtration performance even under high airflow conditions.

    Pleated Design: The media is arranged in a pleated configuration to maximize surface area, enhancing dust-holding capacity and ensuring the filter can handle large air volumes with minimal pressure drop.

    Reinforced Frame: Constructed from durable materials such as metal or high-strength plastic, the frame provides robust support, ensuring the filter remains stable and effective during use.

    Support Grid: A support grid is integrated either internally or externally to reinforce the filter media, preventing collapse or deformation under high airflow conditions.

    Sealant Strips: Located along the edges of the frame, these strips ensure a tight fit within the filtration system, preventing unfiltered air from bypassing the filter.
