Finned Oil Immersion Heaters

Navbharat Electrical Industries has developed high wattage electrical heaters for on line oil heating systems and heat packs. Heaters is designed to give high wattage but at low watts surface area density.
As oil heating usually to be done at low watts surface area density. As casted finns provides high surface area to be in contact with oil and does not burn oil but heats up oil faster in small area,resulting in compact heating system.
Finnes are of special aluminum material giving best heat transfer. Using our special designed immersion heaters you can accommodate three times wattage than standard heaters benefiting in reducing size of oil heating system to 1/3. So it lowers cost of fabrication as size of tank reduces,with efficient heat transfer in turn saves electric power.
