Product basket contains Bricks having Al2O3 content as low as 30% to as high as 99% with unique infrastructural facilities. Depending upon the intrinsic features, Alumina Bricks are used for the lining of varieties of equipment like Blast Furnace; Hot Blast Stoves; Cement Kilns; Glass Tank Furnace; Pot Furnace; Anode Baking Furnace; Petro-chemicals; Fertilizers; Boilers; Coke Ovens; Hot Metal Ladles etc. Input Raw Materials for Bricks production are sourced from renowned RM Suppliers (both Imported and Domestic); own Captive Mines; nearby Mines with long term agreement for uninterrupted supply of consistent quality of RMs. With strong back up from the Technical Team; MRPL supplies number of customized products as well as cost-effective products and solutions to varieties of customers and/or end users. A semi-automatic production line for Bricks has been commissioned very recently having batching circuits, high intensity inclined Mixer, semi-automatic Press and long high temperature Tunnel Kiln.
