Fire Doors

Standard doors are 45 mm thick, each with a bevelled edge (for ease of operation and close fit.) Two zinc coated door skins of 20, 18 or 16 gauge are lock seamed along the hinge and lock edges bounded round a honeycomb core for additional rigidity. All doors are adequately reinforced for standard hardware and all surfaces are free from any joined seams and welds. All doors come primed as standard for site painting.

Options

• Two hour fire rated doors, LPC approved and certified to BS476 part 8 or 22 (FFD Range)
• Seamless doors for clean-room applications.

Choice of door cores 

• Mineral board (Temperature rise doors)
• Polystyrene (insulated doors) and steel doors stiffened with Z channels.
• Painted finish from RAL or BS range.
