After the devastating Earthquake in Gujarat during the year 2001, Government Agencies have promptly enforced the existing fire rules and laws very stringently. At that time Kirloskar was the only major supplier for fire pumps and few other companies were supplying ordinary mono block or coupled sets. We the pioneer company in introducing the mono set way back in 1987 thought it fit to develop mono sub for such application and ultimately we manufactured the first pump in the month of September,2001. The pump was tested vigorously in our test bed and witnessed by one of the eminent fire personality of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. Thereafter the product got popularity in a big way and all Municipal Corporations in Gujarat started approving our Products
 

Main Advantages

1. Foot  Valve and elaborate suction piping are not required as pump set is fully submerged in water and hence no priming problem.

2. Foundation is not required and can be relocated easily as only delivery pipe is to be disconnected.

3. Protection against water and weather is not required because of submergence i.e. no room is required to house the pump set.

4. Little maintenance as compared to mono block or couple pump set

5. As the pump set is water lubricated it does not get jammed.

6. Because of submergence:

   • No noise

   • No gland leakage

   • No fear of theft

7. Since jacket is provided for better cooling no fear of motor burning
