Door frame are produced from 18 gauge thick G.I Sheet formed to Double rebate profile of size 143 x 57mm / Single Rebate profile of size 100 x 57mm & 143 x 57mm (+/- 0.5mm) with maximum bending radius of 1.0mm. These assemblies are of customise size and RAL shade colours, also tested and evaluated by Central building research institute (CBRI), Rorkee for Fire rating up to 120mins.
