Firearm Custom Fabrication Services

Customers who need precision work count on us at Richardson Metals, Inc. to provide highly accurate metal extrusions. We work with clients in various industries, as well as the U.S. Military. Military applications require extremely precise and detailed manufacturing, and we were contracted to custom-fabricate weapon sights for the project you see here. Using our extrusion press, we extruded these sights using aluminum, which were completed with a mill finish. The finished sights were held to tightest tolerances of ±0.002”, and met the stringent M1913A military standards for a Picatinny rail. Our high accuracy, close tolerance work and economical prices were well appreciated by our client. We now produce 50,000 of these pieces per year, delivered quarterly to our U.S. Military customer.
