Five Roll Calender for Fabric is manufactured of alloy surface hardness is HS72_74. Forging drilled all types of Calender Roller are hard chrome plated from surface .The remaining thickness is 0.17_0.18mm, hardness is above HS74 .

As Roll no.5 is grinded under 180 Degree centigrade Rolls are iron casting processing with adjustable air cylinder control, gyro spinning type, with lubricating holes Rigid PVC sheet calendaring line,
