In the process of ice, the water distribution device in ice maker sprays water even on the internal surface of the ice maker to freeze in a short time. After the ice is formed, the ice removal tool drops down and cut the ice. In this method, it makes a full use of evaporator and increases the efficiency of ice maker.
High quality, dry and non-caked: The thickness of flake ice produced by automatic flake ice machine with vertical evaporator is about 1mm to 2mm. The flake ice shape is irregular and it has good mobility.
