Dissolving process embraces some heat, naturally cool the container for 20 minutes. \r2.Unscrew the nut for adding solution, slowly add alcohol to 1/2 of the scale, and then tighten the alcohol tank.\r3.Plug the power, the power indicator is lighted, the fan runs, the air outlet blows gas, pressure gauge indicates value, which means everything is in normal state.\r4.Connect rubber hose and flame gun, connect the outlet valve, open the torch, choose the type of nozzle according to the edge thickness, ignite the fire, flame straight or obliquely align to flash, with an appropriate distance away, and evenly scan it.\r\rMaintenance and precautions\r1.Water shall be replenished. If water level indicator decreases significantly, water shall be replenished timely (without electrolytic powder). \r2.When current decreases obviously, proper-amount electrolytic powder shall be added. \rAfter put into use, it only needs operation steps 1 and 2. Electrolyte will become dirty, black or ineffective 3 month later due to excessive alcohol, and it shall be replaced. When replacing it, please put the machine top down, and pour electrolyte out, flush electrolyte, and then refill the pot. \r3.Turn off the gun fire and power when adding water or change the water; high scale shall be no lower than the low scale, tighten the nut to reboot. \r4.The water in rubber tube will make flame become yellow, so it should be discharged in time.\r5.The alcohol in storage tank should not exceed the tank mouth, if it exceeds, timely unscrew the storage tank, and pour the excessive alcohol out. \r6.Check the connections hose to ensure no leak.\r7.Electrolyte is alkaline, and any contamination shall be rinsed with water timely.\r8.After boot, if no air leak, the pressure indicator shows about 0.1MPA, and the current is zero, with no start of the machine, it means there is no leakage. If air is leaked, the pressure is reduced, and the current rebounds, it means the machine is in normal state.\r9. If tempering and implosion occur, don\'t be panic; it is caused by improper operation, leakage or gun failure, so please check the gas pipeline or replace the spray gun.
