Product Description

RustX Flange Savex is fabric and fiber free, heat sealable or tape sealable film useful for saving Flange from corrosion. It limits passage through itself of solids, liquids, semisolids, gases or forms of energy such as ultraviolet light, said structure compromising a first ply of a relatively tough, biaxially oriented film of organic polymer adhered to second ploy of metallic foil/coating and a third ply of a tough polymer such as polyethylene.

Application Method

Wrap the flange savex film and tape seal the edges. After that tie the know with strap and tape heal with special adhesive HDPE VCI Tape.

Suitable for:

The product is used for packing of machines, auto parts, flanges, steel products etc.

Specifications:

Thickness of Material = 250 gsm. 200 gsm and 150 gsm

• Layer 1 – Flange Film – 12 microns

• Layer 2 – CO Extruded 3 layer LDPE Film – as required

• Layer 3 – VCI Coating – 15 gsm

• Property of product at 150 gsm is stated below.
