All Metals & Forge Group manufactures high quality forged shafts and forged step shafts for a wide range of demanding industrial applications. Our custom forged shafts and hollow bored shafts can be produced with diameters ranging from 2 inches to 84 inches and lengths up to 39 feet.
SHAFT FORGING PROCESS
Forged Flanged Shaft
We use an open die forging process to produce shafts with tight tolerances, high strength, excellent impact resistance and high wear resistance. Our forged shafts and step shafts are manufactured using the highest quality alloys to ensure that your part performs well in today’s harsh corrosive environments. Alloys available include carbon steel, alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and nickel alloys.
