Purpose
proportion integral regulating zlvb-7000 series flange regulating valve includes valve body, valve cover, valve clack, valve stem, bearing and seal component.

installation：
â—† valve stem goes down to cut off the valve.
â—† keep the pipe clean before installing valve, without oxide skin and metal sheet or other sundries.
â—† make sure homocentric by connecting pipe and valve body, unaffected by vibration.
â—† the factory with high temperature liquid (such as steam, overheat water and heating liquid), please use expansion joint, as to avoid pipe swelling to squeeze valve body.
â—† the actuator shall be install above valve body vertically, leave sufficient space for daily maintenance (such as disassemble actuator)
◆ the valve body shall not installed in the environment with explosive articles, lower than -5℃ or higher than 55℃, far away from steam, hydraulic jetting or leakage.
