how does pioneer flareless tube fitting work?
pioneer flareless tube fitting consists of three-piece machined components (nut, ferrule, and body) .this system works by forcing the ferrule to cut into the tubing wall to create a leak tight seal. The ferrule is harder than the tubing to form the bite . Thus resulting in a very effective leak proof joint, full flow connection in process tubing .it is used in virtually every application that uses fluid power for motion control & automation.

manufacturing process
flareless tube fitting are manufactured from cold drawn bar stocks and all angular fittings from neat forgings. Our focus on forged construction results in close grain structure and also gives extremely high reliability to our hydraulic fittings .the ferrule is slightly discolored because it has been heat-treated to give extra hardness for biting. The finishing on flareless tube fitting nuts is a dark graphite color. The fitting nut is designed to reduce torque and prevent galling.
