Flash Bottom Valve

The Valve flushes with vessel bottom from inside of the vessel – the seat barrel is extended to the bottom inner level. This will eliminate cylindrical cavity between valve seat & vessel bottom, thus identical conditions – temperature – prevail on valve seat & vessel bottom. The valves are being manufactured in two designs –Inside Vessel Opening Design – in this design valve disc goes inside vessel when it opens. Inside Valve Opening Design - in this design valve disc goes inside valve when it opens, the design have two construction – Plug – Disc Type & Ram Type.
