Flat Bottom Silo

TSE Flat bottom silo’s capacity is ranging from 100 ton to 15000 ton. The all components of the Silos are galvanized including supporting leg structure and circular ring beam.

The bottom of the silo is flat concrete base. These silos are used for storage of grains for longer period. These silos are cheaper than the hopper bottom type of silos for the same capacity.

This silo also equipped with accessories like level indicator, aeration system, temperature monitoring device and discharge gates etc.The silo is designed considering various conditions at site like heavy rain-falling area, humidity, cold, hot & earthquake etc i.e. for all seismic zone.

The installation of silos can be carried out by different ways.

*If the client wants to install silos by themselves, we could offer detailed instruction, and we'll give our quickest response to deal with any question in the process.

*We could also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client could find local workers for the installation work and our engineer will help them during the process.

*If the client needs, we could send our installation team for the whole installation issue.
