FLAT LOLLIPOPS SACHET PACKING MACHINE

Output up to 60 to 100 packs/mm depending upon the product finish and the packing material. The flat lollipops are placed manually in the feeding disc, in-turn, they are picked up by the clippers in the lug chain. The Flats travels with 2 separate packing materials. The top paper has photo-cell actuation, while the bottom paper has continuous printing. The flats are sealed on all 4 side leaving 6 mm gap near the stick These sachets after packing go through the sealing rollers and rotary cutters where individual sachets are separated.
