Flat Mounted Table Bearings consist of two thorough hardened or induction hardened standard bearing steel races (rings), a special polymer spacers and complement of super precision steel balls. The specially designed raceways increase load capacity and stiffness in moment loading while guaranteeing high precision long service lifetime and very low coefficient of friction. These Flat Mounted Table Bearings can also be supplied with specially designed spring steal seals depending upon application. These bearings make it possible to reduce the size of many precision rotary bearing systems. These Flat Mounted Table Bearings can replace a double back or face mounted angular contact bearing pair at a substantial savings of space and cost.  
Features :

• Assembly is done as per standard and guidelines for ball bearings
• Operating temp of an outside diameter up to 300mm is generally heat treated to retain dimensional stability up to 120^oc
• Higher operating temperature require special heat treatment lubrication
• Bearings are delivered with durable lubrication according to application
• Greasing must be carried out during rotation at low speed through greasing nipple at a frequency of every 500 hrs during normal usage
• Greasing is required before & after a long idle period
• Delivery of these bearings are supplied duly wrapped in special corrosion preventing and moisture repelling paper along with durable lubrication
• Our products have 12 months warranty (for manufacturing defect) from the date of supply
• Their assembly requires particular caution.
• Any action of dismantling bearings or replacement of any elements is definably inadvisable and cancels the warranty.
