Polished Flat Spray Nozzles, For Industrial Use, Feature : Fine Finished, Heat Resistance, Highly Durable

Nozzles are specially designed for operation on white water and water with contaminants which are likely to clog the nozzle. Nozzles are available in Needle and fishtail models. Special feature is construction of a rubber diaphragm loaded with spring where the water which passes through the throat is throttled to give a V shaped notch which acts as a needle as well as a flat fishtail spray. If the nozzle is clogged simply lower the pressure to 0.3kgfcm2 which will open the orifice wide and let out the foreign particles. Materials of construction are Brass, SS 304 and 316 qualities.
