Flatwork Ironer Padding

100% polyester flatwork ironer padding with 900gsm. Our padding is speacil polyester fibre with a higher normal resistance to hydrolysis, with a internal scrim of 200gr/m2. It is ideal for ironer working under 9bar or 175 Degree C. 
working life expectancy : If the laundry washing process is perfect the ironer is perfectly tuned, on can expect the padding life up to 1500 hours or more.

Nomex polyester 900gsm padding are economic alternative for 100% Nomex paddings.These paddings are able to work in a higher temperature than the 100% polyester ironer padding.It is very ide to use for ironer working between 180 Degree C to 185 Degree C.

100% Nomex Padding is for higher working temperature machines. The recommended working temperature for this padding is 190 to 205 degree C.
