VINFLEX™ covering is commonly used for water-based inks in Flexographic Sleeves and Fountain Rollers. The hardness of these coverings varies from 50-90 Shore A. These coverings improve the performance of rubber rollers and are committed to serve our customers, achieve their goals for improved productivity.
VINFLEX™ is resistant to water based Inks and solvents like Ketones, Esters, IPA and Toluene and has good physical properties.

Parallel Sleeves are available ranging 100mm-2000mm with customized content, image or subject engraved on Rubber between 60LPI-220LPI.
