      The Floor Spring Cycle Test Machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest standards of en 1154 and ANSI / BHMA a156.4. It is used for the durability test of double action or single action floor spring. According to the power size of the floor spring, apply test load to test door. The swing arm is driven by air cylinder to open the test door within the specified time. Then the test door is released to close under control of the floor spring. Then, push the test door to 90 degrees in the opposite direction, and then release the test door to close the test door back to 0 degree under the action of the floor spring. With special driving arm and pneumatic operating, the opening angle and opening time can be flexibly adjusted to reduce the impact on the test door at 0 degree. The equipment is stable and durable, and the maintenance and setting is simple. Sensor real-time monitoring, sample failure automatically stop. It is suitable for laboratories of certification bodies, and can also be used for product design verification and product Quality Assurance test. The equipment is controlled by PLC, the test program is set by touch screen, and the swing arm is driven by cylinder, which meets the test requirements of en 1154 and ANSI / BHMA a156.4.
