The operating principle:
Flotation Machine is mainly applied into separating copper, zinc, nickel, gold and other useful metal, it also can be used in coarse separation and fined separation of black metal and non-metal.
The coal pulp and drug mix fully and then enter into tank bottom of the first room inside flotator. After the expellers rotate, the negative pressure is formed to make the mineral pulp in the slot flow into mixing zone from upper suction port and lower suction port. At the same time, the air enters into the mixed zone along airway sleeve. Mineral pulp, air and drug are mixed here.
In the function of impeller’s centrifugal force, mixed mineral pulp enters into mineralized zone, and air forms air bubble and crushes. So the coal particle can be fully contact and forms mineralized bladder. In the function of stator and turbulent flow board, the bladder is evenly distributed on the section of cell body and moves upward to separating zone, forming rich foam layer.
