Flow Calibration

The Gas Flow Calibration System has been established in the flow from 1 sccm (standard cubic centimetre per minute) to 500 slm (standard litre per minute) with expanded uncertainty of 0.3% at k =2. This system is ready for calibration of mass flow controllers, mass flow meters, rotameters, Totalizer type meters etc. The system supports multi-gas calibration (24 different gauges). We also perform DUT density corrections.
