Fluid Bed Dryer, Inlet Air Temperature : 50-80°C

Fluid Bed Dryer is designed for raid and uniform drying of crystals, powders and medium size pellets. A fan draws fresh air and passes the air through a filter and is heated to produce warm air either by electric heaters or by steam. The hot air passes through the product container having diffuser plates and sieve. Due to the air steam the wet product gets fluidizes. The material gets surrounded by hot air which gets dried due to heat transfer. Moist air passes thorough a filter bag and exhaust dust.
