DESCRIPTION :

 The fluid bed dryers are specially designed to dry the material, uniformly at low temperature. The S.S. 304/S.S. 316 with GMP standards materials are used to fabricate the machine. The whole unit is provided with suitable motor, blower, control panel, filters and filter bag.

 
THE FEATURES :
  • The electrical components are flameproof.
  • Low consumption of the electricity and provided with earthing device.
  • HEPA filter
  • The sampling port is given with the product container
  • The inlet air is being dehumidify
  • The arrangement of automatic shaking
  • Touch screen controls
  • The monitoring of the solid particles.
  • The capacity of the drier is 0.6 kgs/ltr
