DESCRIPTION :

The fluid bed dryers are specially designed to dry the material, uniformly at low temperature. The S.S. 304/S.S. 316 with GMP standards materials are used to fabricate the machine. The whole unit is provided with suitable motor, blower, control panel, filters and filter bag.

THE FEATURES :

The electrical components are flameproof.
Low consumption of the electricity and provided with earthing device.
HEPA filter
The sampling port is given with the product container
The inlet air is being dehumidify
The arrangement of automatic shaking
Touch screen controls
The monitoring of the solid particles.
The capacity of the drier is 0.6 kgs/ltr
