Fluidized Zone Mixer provides complete homogeneity, i.e., a mix variance that is less than 1% - in seconds rather than minutes. And it also prevents re-segregation if the mixing cycles are continued beyond completion, even where the particles are of widely differing size and density. At the end of the cycle, the mix is discharges in bulk through large � bay� doors situated at the bottom of the mixing chamber, thus eradicating another chance for re-segregation.
