Fluorescent Powder

Produces very bright yellow shades with intense greenish yellow fluorescence, good stability and fastness properties. Good colour value and high fluorescent intensity can be obtained with low concentrations. It may also be used with white extenders. E.g. Titanium Dioxide, to produce opaque fluorescent resins. Yellow FGPN has good solubility in polar-solvents (e.g. Alcohols, Ketones), but is insolubles or has only slight solubility in non-polar solvents (e.g. petroleum, ether, cyclohexane, white spirit). It is compatible with all the usual plasticizers and may be used in combination with Rhodamine to produce resins from yellow through to orange red.
