Using the same idea as a flush trim router bit, the ROBO-SANDER™ bottom mounted phenolic bearing follows templates to sand work pieces into perfect duplicates of your pattern:
The guide runs on an oilite bronze bearing for long life and smooth operation.
It can be used to shape parts which are too thick to attempt with a router.
Unlike shapes cut with a router bit, there won't be tear outs or burns to sand, even with highly figured woods.
Includes 50 grit sanding sleeve; replacement sleeves can be ordered separately.
