Our foam lined crates are available laminated or as solid planks, offering a comprehensive selection of densities, formulations and other protective qualities. These features provide unlimited opportunity to fabricators and package designers, resulting in a package that meets a product’s protective requirements exactly, costs less and uses fewer cubic feet per package than competitive products, including high initial load deflection urethanes. Smaller packages reduce shipping costs, storage space, as well as the amount of solid waste discarded - which is good news for our environment.
