Foam Rolls and Sheets

we supply epe foam rolls, sheets and its fabricated products. Epe foam is non cross link extruded, expanded cellular polyethylene is manufactured by low density polyethylene (ldpe) with different blowing and expanding agents this foam is available in various forms like rolls, sheets, pouches, backup rods, profiles etc.

it is available in various thicknesses as follow:-

• 1mm to 5 mm - it is directly extruded monolayer expanded cellular polyethylene foam available in thickness of 1mm to 5mm in continuous roll form. Slitted perforated rolls and tailor made cut sheets of specific sizes are also available.

• 6mm to 12mm – it is multilayered expanded cellular polyethylene foam available in thickness of 6mm to 12mm in continuous roll form. The each individual layer has a fine cell structure and is laminated by a special hot air welding process to produce homogenous microcellular composite having unique property of high resilience with a smooth and soft surface finish.

• 15mm to 100mm – it is heat laminated expanded cellular polyethylene sheet available in thickness of 15mm to 100mm. The special hot air welding process creates absolutely homogenous planks to withstand heavy stress and strains of the environment and therefore the product is highly resilient, which subsequently results in higher vibration dampening and shock absorption.
