1.Msv-513 is one kind of foaming agent of absorption and heat balance,it is almost balanced in the decomposition ,it has a short induction period in the gas process,no decomposition mutations(compared with common foaming agent AC,it has a better control process);the decomposition temperature ,and enthalpy,and speed of msv-513 is not easily to be affected by the foaming activator and resin formula,the foaming process is easy to control;the extrusion wpc has better foam hole structure,lower density,higher tensile strength with this foaming agent.the hardness of junction layer can reach Shaw D55-65,and the foaming hole is quite even,it will not produce middle tier discoloration for thick wall products,it can be made pure white plastic products.
2.Application: when the extrusion and injection foaming agent like rigid PVC,TPE,EVA, they have unique advantages when used on the rigid PVC foaming hole structure,it has smooth surface,perfect fine foam hole structure,no big bubbles,and it can form excellent surface crust effect under the cooperation of mould.its density is 0.48-0.8GCM3 Especially in the PVC transom products ,with the advantage of good crust,stability,foam hole,low density,thermal deformation.
